Highway Report for February 24, 2011
All highways leading to Stanley are OPEN! It’s currently snowing and has been for the past few hours. The driving conditions on Highway 21 and Highway 75 are listed as “difficult,” which most likely means snow on the road. Just use caution and enjoy the beauty of the sparkling snow blanketing the forests. Also be on the lookout for deer and elk. After driving up Banks/Lowman Highway and Highway 21 from Boise last weekend, I know personally that there is quite a bit of wildlife coming down from the hills, especially around dusk. Drive safe and we’ll see you here!
